Sezzy's Shop – Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using any products from Sezzy's Shop, you automatically agree to the following Terms of Service.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in revocation of your license to use the product, removal requests, or reporting to relevant platforms.

Avatar License & Terms

License

When purchasing an avatar, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the product.

This license is limited to one individual (the purchaser).

You may edit the avatar for personal use only.

Prohibited Actions

You may NOT:

• Share, upload, or distribute the avatar files to anyone.
• Upload the avatar for friends, partners, or other users.
• Resell the avatar in any form.
• Resell edited versions of the avatar.
• Perform head swaps or asset swaps and sell the edited model.
• Extract or reuse assets from the avatar for other projects.
• Claim the avatar or its components as your own work.
• Upload the avatar as a public avatar.
• Redistribute the avatar or its assets in any form.

Price Splitting

Price splitting or group purchases are strictly prohibited.

Each user must purchase their own license.

Unity Knowledge

Buyers are expected to have basic Unity knowledge prior to purchasing.

Limited support may be provided, but technical setup knowledge is the responsibility of the buyer.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is allowed for:

• Streaming
• Videos
• Social media content
• Promotional content

However, proper credit must be given.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

Asset License & Terms

License

Assets purchased from Sezzy's Shop are licensed for use on finished avatar models only.

Prohibited Actions

You may NOT:

• Sell the asset on its own.
• Redistribute the asset in any form.
• Include the asset for free, nitro, or downloadable packages.
• Upload the asset to public avatars.
• Share the files with friends or third parties.

If someone wishes to use the asset, they must purchase it themselves from the original product page.

Public Avatars & Worlds

Assets may not be used on public avatars or public VRChat worlds without permission.

Permission requests must be made through the ticket system in the Sezzy Discord server.

Approval is granted at the creator's discretion.

Credit Requirements

When releasing an avatar that includes any of my assets, you must include proper credit.

Refund Policy

All digital products are non-refundable.

All purchases are final.

Product Updates

Products may receive updates at the creator's discretion.

Updates are not guaranteed.

Terms Changes

Sezzy's Shop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Agreement

By purchasing or using any product from Sezzy's Shop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. Because digital items are instantly accessible and cannot be “un-downloaded,” we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Please make sure to read the product description carefully and review any included information before completing your purchase.

If you experience an issue with your download (such as a corrupted file or trouble accessing the product), please contact us and we will gladly assist you in resolving the problem.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

Unauthorized charge backs or payment disputes may result in permanent restriction from purchasing from this store in the future.
